Rescheduling
Subject to seat availability and operational feasibility, booked movie passes may be rescheduled to a later eligible show without additional rescheduling charges.
Refund Eligibility
- More than 24 hours before show time: 85% refund of the booking amount.
- 10 to 24 hours before show time: 50% refund of the booking amount.
- 3 to 10 hours before show time: 25% refund of the booking amount.
- Less than 3 hours before show time or after commencement: No refund.
Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable processing timelines of the payment provider or banking partner.

MoviePass reserves the right to verify booking details before approving any refund or rescheduling request.
