Cancellation Requests
Movie passes may be cancelled up to 5 hours before the scheduled show time, subject to the Return & Refund Policy and verification of the booking. Requests submitted after the applicable cut-off time may not qualify for cancellation or refund.
Processing
Eligible cancellation requests will be reviewed and processed using the original booking details. Refund eligibility will be determined according to the published Return & Refund Policy.
Rescheduling
Where operationally feasible, eligible bookings may be rescheduled to a later show instead of cancellation, subject to seat availability.
